At Palette by Sunita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your artwork, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

You may return your purchased painting within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contactus@palettebysunita.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging, ensuring it’s in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Once we receive your returned artwork and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds

We provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
  2. If you change your mind about your purchase and return the artwork in its original condition within the 15-day return window, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept returns for personalized or custom-made paintings.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your artwork for another piece from our collection, please contact us at contactus@palettebysunita.com with your order number and your desired replacement artwork’s details. We will guide you through the exchange process.
